Right now I am desperately missing riding my bike on the Apple Capital Recreation Loop Trail, or as us 509 locals call it The Loop. It is a bicycle and pedestrian trail in Wenatchee, WA. It follows 10 miles of the west and east shores of the Columbia River.

We pass by these places, just about every day, if not multiple times a day. But what do we actually know about these Wenatchee companies that have graced our valley for years? With locations ever changing and new businesses added, it's hard to even scratch the surface. So, I have compiled a fun list for us to just think on.

I have touched base on things “I have yet to do” in the Wenatchee Valley, and it’s quit the list, a list of super fun things to do, and I fully intend on accomplishing said items. But I have done some pretty sweet things in the valley that maybe you need to try/do as well!

Now, I’ve lived in the Wenatchee Valley for going on 15yrs. You’d think by now, that I have done just about anything you can do in the valley. Truth is, I haven’t, and I really need to get out more cause this area really provides some fun activities! Maybe you are like me and can’t take a summer break from work, in fact maybe it’s your busiest time. Well do something for yourself today that your future self will thank you for later! Get those kids signed up so you don’t have to worry about a waiting list or be stuck with having to figure things out last minute!

Without getting into the politics of inflation or really touching base on prices and how they have hiked, I want to let you in on how I have already saved a dime or two! And I have been doing most of these things for about 2 years, so I can vouch, that they are do-able with a little practice and patients...
