Today is Valentine's Day, so it might not be an ideal time to pose the question, "what's the creepiest place you've ever been in Washington State?"...or perhaps it is, in the event that place just happens to be an ex's bedroom or root cellar...

Last Sunday I was walking thought Winco and noticed that Halloween merchandise and candy was now out on the shelves.

As I tossed and turned, I looked directly into the darkness of the open closet. Suddenly, there was a slight glow of an elderly woman sitting on a rocking chair. My mind must have been playing tricks on me. But then I heard her voice softly ask, “Having a hard time sleeping again?”

The radio announcer broke the frightening stillness of the airwaves. “Ladies and gentlemen, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to continue the broadcast from Grovers Mill.”

Anyone who knows me knows I am sucker for the romantic comedies. I’m the guy who always says that they don’t make movies like Sleepless in Seattle, You’ve Got Mail, or Notting Hill anymore.

What are the favorite hand outs? Most people tend to buy the different kinds of M&M’s. When I asked my listeners it was the peanut M&M’s. Kit Kats. Twix. Snickers. But according to a recent poll via candy.com if differs with each state.
