Alright Wenatchee Valley! It's that Spooktacular time of the year again to, Trick or Treat on The Ave!

From being a Radio DJ in Seattle, to New York and finally landing in Wenatchee WA. He's also a Wedding DJ! Husband, Father and overall awesome man.

Now this was fun to make... Businesses galore, but still one letter from the alphabet missing. Which one is it? Keep scrolling!

Businesses that win “World’s Best” are highlighted by the local people who have taken the time to vote for their favorite gift shop, chiropractor, toy store, and even, Best Radio Station. Banners get made for the different winners, and “bragging rights” (humbly of course). Remember this is a vote by the people, making it highly respectable, and helps highlight companies that just plain rock. Just to be nominated is a really cool feeling. It’s like, “Hey! Someone noticed us!”

We pass by these places, just about every day, if not multiple times a day. But what do we actually know about these Wenatchee companies that have graced our valley for years? With locations ever changing and new businesses added, it's hard to even scratch the surface. So, I have compiled a fun list for us to just think on.

The Wenatchee Wild is a Junior A hockey team who play in the British Columbia Hockey League. The BCHL is a great league to earn a full ride scholarship at Universities across North America.  The Wild play in the 4,300 seat Town Toyota Center. “...

I know, we’re ankle deep in snow and Wenatchee Wild games, but I’m already dreaming of warm summer days and heading over to Paul Thomas Sr. Field for another season with the Wenatchee AppleSox. How odd was seeing an AppleSox post on Instagram with a bunch of photos of the stadium seats covered in snow. It’s like when two seasons collide!

We all know about the endearing or creepy Elf on the Shelf. The popularity of the stuffed childhood red or green elf resurged back in 2005 after Carol Aebersold and her daughter, Chanda Bell published the book, Elf on the Shelf. A story about the scout elves that are watching to see if we’re naughty or nice. And when you’re not looking, they would fly back to the North Pole and report back to Santa.
