Travis Earl Collins made his first appearance in Douglas County Superior Court Tuesday after being arrested by a SWAT team Monday at his residence.

Investigators say Travis Earl Collins shot and killed 35-year-old Julio Cesar Garcia-Ramirez late the previous night during a drug transaction.

Dalton Potter is charged with nine felonies, including first and second-degree murder and three counts of first-degree assault in Douglas County Superior Court.
