12 Things you can do with Peeps.
Easter is Sunday April 9th and thank God my kids are grown and out on their own. But sometimes it’s fun to just send them something to keep them on their toes so, this year I’m sending Peeps. Peeps are the redheaded stepchild of all easter candy. You don’t want them, but you will still eat them and then ask yourself why.
So, the question is, what can you do with Peeps that doesn't require consuming them? Or at least you not consuming them. I did a little “research” online and here is what I came up with.
tasteofhome says Use them to decorate a sunflower cake. You could use them to make rice crispy treats (oh the colors).
How about something called Skillet S’mores. A layer of chocolate chips, a layer of peanut butter, and a layer of peeps. Bake in the oven and then spread it on graham crackers.
Add Peeps to a milk shake and buzz it up in the blender.
Peep on a stick. Put em’ on a stick and dip them in chocolate.
Simplisticallyliving.com says you don’t have to eat them. Try using them to make your own “stop motion” video.
Create a Peep Boquet, Use them as replacements for missing game board pieces. Play "Hide and Peep" by hiding Peeps around the office. See how long it takes people to figure it out. You could start collecting them. Who knows, expired Peeps may be worth something someday.
You could use them to create Peep Vodka. How about a grilled Nutella and Peep sandwich?
I don't think so.
