Wenatchee Washington’s Aly: Local Radio Host and Everything Else
Is it wrong to write an article about yourself?
How do you even go about talking about yourself without coming off conceded?
You don't, you just type like no one will read and hope for the best.
I promised myself back in 2008, that I would make a name for myself in Wenatchee.
just freshly graduated from Brewster high school, I made the move out of my parents' house to an apartment in Wenatchee. Man was I nervous! While college didn't seem to float my boat, landing a job at a local sporting goods store, did.
When you feel like you don't know what to do, fall back on what makes you happy.
I had no clue as to what I was going to do in life, still don't at times. But I knew I wanted to be in Radio, so I networked. I added people who worked in radio to my friends list on social media, and then just started doing my own thing. Eventually, I got noticed.
I am more than a voice and a momma, I am a human.
I have a 7-year-old blessing, a career to dream of and love all around. While I do try to put my foot in the door, where ever I can, I always have to remind myself, Slow Down and Breathe.

Let me leave you with a few of my favorite quotes:
"It's a Good Day for a Good Day" and
"You Got This!"
Phew, that was a little hard to do, and I know I missed so much, but you get the idea :).
